    The Town of Lebanon Water Laboratory is now accepting drinking water samples to undergo bacteriological analysis.  The analysis will indicate presence or absence of Coliform and/or E. Coli Bacteria in drinking water.     The Town of Lebanon has partnered with American Legion Post # 208 and the local VFW to complete the Russell County Veterans Memorial Park. Over 400 Veteran memorial plaques have been placed on the military branch walls. Flag poles with flags for every branch of service have been installed along with lighting.
